FAQ.

  • BP Remodeling provides estimates at no charge, and for most projects, we offer a fully detailed proposal that is ready for your acceptance within two weeks.

Sometimes, large, complex remodeling projects require additional time and professional services, such as design, engineering, surveys, and discovery work. In these cases, we will provide a free ballpark estimate and then offer a Professional Services Agreement and/or a Design Services Agreement to cover the costs of doing the extensive proposal. This time frame will vary depending on the scope of work and the amount of design guidance you are looking for.

  • BP Remodeling is a residential remodeling specialist for everything from small repairs to whole-house remodels and additions, and we’ve learned through years of experience that consistent communication with clients reduces their potential stress. Whether we are replacing home office lighting or building an addition, we keep in touch with you every step of the way so you know what to expect and so you can give input on the work. No two projects are the same, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to our wide variety of services. Your project is unique and important to us, so we always start with a “Let’s Talk” phase.

    Let’s Talk

Fill out our Get a Quote form or call our office at 520-760-8771. We will talk with you about your project and your needs. Based on our discussion, we will schedule an appointment for you with our best-suited team member(s).

We will take all the time you need to discuss the project with you. We want you to be comfortable and confident about the scope of work, project plan, timeline, and logistics. This will help us understand and respond to your concerns before the project begins.

    Proposal and Construction Agreement

Once we’ve worked out all the details of your scope of work and you accept the proposal, we will prepare the construction agreement, including the anticipated start and completion dates for your project and your payment schedule.

    Project Management

We will handle the details, including ordering materials, scheduling, and coordination, overseeing your project from start to finish. Throughout your project, we meticulously inspect the work to ensure our team is maintaining our high-quality standards.

We believe communication is the most important factor in customer service and project management. We’ve worked hard to develop great listening skills and exemplary methods of engaging with clients. Excelling at communication with clients, employees, and contractors enables us to manage projects with clarity and purpose – and without misunderstandings. We thrive on positive attitudes and do our utmost to keep our clients happy.

    Project Completion

Our work isn’t done until your project area is clean. We will perform a final clean-up to make your newly remodeled space ready for you. In addition, we will get together for a final review, walking through the project, inspecting the work, and answering any questions about the use or maintenance of the products we provide.

  • Our mantra is, “It’s your home first, our workplace second.” Our job sites are safe, clean, and orderly. We take great care to protect your home from dust and damage by hanging plastic to protect other areas from dust; protecting flooring with tarps, drop cloths or ram board; cleaning the job site regularly throughout the project; and providing professional cleaning at the end of full remodel projects. Our work isn’t done until the project area is clean. After all, the next time you invite a contractor into your home, we want you to call BP Remodeling.
